Are the soles of your barefoot shoes wearing through, even though the uppers are still in great condition? Resoling and recoating restore your shoes' grip, durability, and weather resistance without you having to part with your favorite shoes that have already molded to your feet.

Expert cobbling significantly extends the lifespan of the shoes and represents both an economical and ecological choice. Only high-quality, thin Vibram rubber is used for resoling, ensuring that the natural ground feel and flexibility characteristic of barefoot shoes are preserved.

Vibram Safe Walking (4 mm) – Versatile all-purpose sole

Features: Soft and highly flexible material that ensures precise and unhindered ground feel. Excellent grip, especially on wet, hard, and slippery urban surfaces.

Color options: Black, walnut brown, and white.

Usage: Asphalt, indoor exercise, everyday use, spring–autumn.

Vibram Claw (4.5 mm) – High-traction winter and off-road sole

Features: A durable rubber compound with a deeper, aggressive tread pattern that provides maximum traction in varied conditions without excessively increasing the stiffness of the sole.

Usage: Winter conditions, snowy streets, forest paths, and off-road runs.

• Pack the shoes: Place the barefoot shoes in a sturdy box. Include a note inside the package that reads:

  • Your order number

Does the barefoot feel suffer from the soling?

It is not compromised. The 4 mm Vibram rubber compounds we use are designed to maintain the foot's freedom of movement, the sole's lateral flexibility, and a direct feel for the ground.

Can barefoot shoes from any brand be resoled?

Most barefoot shoes (such as Vivobarefoot, Leguano, Be Lenka, Xero Shoes, and Merrell) can be successfully coated, provided the upper and the edge construction are intact.

How long does the preparatory work take?

The standard turnaround time at the cobbler is approximately 1–2 weeks from the arrival of the package, depending on our workshop's current order volume.
